Sherri Jordan, MBA, ACC, CCA is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Envision the Ladder a boutique leadership development, consultancy firm that specializes in DEI. Envision was founded out of the need to provide resources to leaders and businesses that aim to grow and be more inclusive.
Sherri has 22+ years experience in private sector, federal and local government. As a certified facilitator and coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Sherri brings a wealth of experience in mentoring and coaching leaders. Also, she brings a vast experience in assisting businesses grow to their full potential.
Sherri is a graduate of Concordia University Wisconsin with a Master’s degree in Business Management and serves on a couple non-profit Board of Directors such as UEDA and Sherman Phoenix Foundation.
